Information we collect

• Contact information: your name, email address, phone number and city.
• Application materials: your self-introduction video and any social media account links you choose to provide. Social media links are optional.
• Recruitment records: application timestamps, advertisement or form source, follow-up email status, video submission status and human review status.

We receive this information from you and through the Meta and Google forms you use. Please do not include government identification numbers, financial account details, medical information or other unrelated sensitive information in your application or video.

How we use your information

We use your information to receive and manage your application, contact you about the role, request your video, assess your suitability for the position and understand recruitment results. We do not use this application for unrelated marketing or a future-role candidate pool.

Automation transfers application information, sends the video submission invitation and matches submissions. A person reviews your video and makes recruitment decisions.

Who accesses your information

Within Wellness Ventures Inc, the designated recruiting contact located in the United States reviews your application.

We use Meta to collect initial applications and Google services, including Forms, Sheets, Drive, Gmail and Apps Script, to manage submissions, store videos and send follow-up messages. These providers process information to deliver their services and operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Our recruiting contact's location does not mean that all provider storage or processing occurs exclusively in the United States.

We may also preserve or disclose information when required by applicable law.

How long we keep your information

We retain application information, including submitted videos and related recruitment records, for four years from the date the record is created or received, or the date of the relevant employment action, whichever is later.

We retain records longer when required by applicable law or a legal preservation obligation, including one related to a complaint. After the applicable retention period ends, we delete the records from our recruitment systems. Information independently retained by platform providers is subject to their own terms and applicable law.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal information. Requests are subject to applicable verification requirements, exceptions and employment-record preservation obligations. Please describe your request and identify the email address used in your application; do not email identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.
